Crappy footage. I guess a meteorite of mixed compostion. Damn rare things but they do exist. They will also move like that because the center of gravity isn't in the center. And some parts are more volatile than others.

Yes I did. The footage is crappy, the resolution upon the object is awfully blurry. It could in fact be damn near anything. Hell I've seen similar effects with certain types of fireworks.
