This looks like it could be the best event ever, thus far.
The heavyweight championship is on the line, the Welterweight
championship is on the line, and the main card consists almost entirely
of the best fighters on the planet.
I am especially pumped to watch GSP vs. Thiago Alves.

Mir will have his hands full....he will have to out fight him and not go to the brawling game if he wants to win.
I could care less who wins the GSP/Alves fight
I hope Dan Henderson whips Bispings ass......hes a smartass
should be a good card,Im buying it

You bet I'll be watching. Best card in quite a while. I can't imagine Alves will be much of a fight against GSP, St Pierre is just such a monster. And I hope hope hope Lesnar monkeystomps Mir. Can't stand Mir really. Lesnar almost had him the first time until he caught his ankle caught, and Lesner was very new then. He won't let himself get caught again, and that's the only way Mir could win. I expect Mir leaves the ring in a bloody heap.

Alot of people have the opposite opinion- that is that Alves is a sleeper, waiting to crush GSP.
And as for Lesnar, there are still many critics who say he is not yet a legitimate fighter, more of a white version of Kimbo Slice.

Then they're either retarded or haven't watched the guy fight. He's one of the (if not the very) best wrestlers in the division, probably the strongest guy in the division, and definitely the biggest. And he's athletic and explosive. He was pounding the shit out of Mir a year and a half ago, and he didn't hardly know what he was doing then. He pounded the shit out of Heath Herring, just absolutely physically dominated him. And then you saw how he did Randy Couture, more complete physical domination. Lesnar isn't a perfect fighter by any means, but he's a force to be reckoned with. No schmuck is going to beat Couture.

Re: UFC 100
Well, you definitely have a valid point about what he did with Couture.
