Say what? That wasn't pwnage, that was just pointing out that JB doesn't know the difference between a private bank and a central bank. Of course, even the explanation by the Fed itself is sketchy on the status of it's 12 member banks. It's clear that the Fed is unlike private banks (and completely obvious in the degree that it has the power of money creation and control of national monetary policy), but even comprehending the stark differences between a central and private bank doesn't lessen my skepticism of the institution or criticism of their central economic planning policies.

And yes, this place has gone just about dead silent. I blame it on JB.
