I can't believe how saddened I am by the news...Michael has had some bad media attention, and allegations....but he was truly a part of America, and its music. Whether you liked him or not, you have to admit he had unbelievable talent...and really became a victim of fame. I had to post this video of a young Michael auditioning...it reminds you of one of the great who made himself, instead of the ones that are made like you see so prominantly now.

RIP and all, but the fact that his death almost "crashed the internet" according to a CNN article (high traffic swamped news and social sites, to the point of taking Twitter offline and giving CNN.com a 40 second wait time) shows just how shallow and fucked up this country really is. One iReporter said it best (paraphrased): How sad is it that Iranian democracy demonstrators can't organize and spread information because a singer died?

It means to stand out basically...ummm like if something is prominent it stands out, obvious...something like that. Just saying when you see stars today its so obvious that they are made by the media....basically meaning if your voice isnt that great just dye your hair blond and get a boob job...that gets just as much attention.

RIP Michael Jackson.

He touched many people (allegedly).

No RIP from me more like B.I.H.-BURN IN HELL. Just because he was a drugged out, child molesting superstar who died suddenly does not mean that I have to show him one ounce of respect.

I am no big fan of Jackson but the doc, that injected him with the bad drugs, should never practice medicine again.

MJ was stupid enough to ask a stupid doc to kill himself

Well for one he was never proven of anything...and one of the boys has already written a biography stating that his dad told him to lie about the charges...MJ did have some odd behavior, but we cannot predict what happenend in the privacy of his own home...especially when people are going to make a lot of money off of rumors. And I dont really know how to feel about the doctor being blamed...no he should not have done it...but MJ was asking for them...of course who gave them to him in the first place to get him addicted...and I do have a problem with all of the perscriptions doctors are perscribing to people in general....they have a lot of negative side affects...and people need to learn how to get through life without taking a handfull of meds to do it. That Ambien scares the hell out of me...side affects may be suicide???...seriously that is a way bigger problem than not being able to sleep.
