6 Year Old Escapes Rapist

HANOVER, Mass. — A Massachusetts prosecutor says a 6-year-old girl was
kidnapped by a would-be rapist but managed to escape from his apartment
despite being in leg shackles.
Plymouth District Attorney Timothy Cruz says the girl was found
Saturday afternoon as police searched the apartment complex in Hanover,
about 20 miles southeast of Boston, where she and the suspect live. Her
mother reported her missing at about 1:30 p.m.
Cruz says the girl pointed officers to an apartment where she was
taken. They arrested 26-year-old Justin Shine after a struggle.
Shine is to be arraigned Monday on charges of kidnapping, attempted
rape, assault and resisting arrest. It's unclear whether he has an
attorney.
The girl was also taken to a hospital, but authorities declined to comment on her injuries.

Unfortunately, they will let this guy go to make room for drug related criminals. You have to have your prioritys' straight.

You honestly believe that would fix the problem? Nope. Child rapists are driver by a powerful internatl desire, and no threat is going to scare off most of them. This would just make us more like Iran.

Just because I can't think like them doesn't mean they aren't afraid of something horribly violent happening to them.
Child Rapists don't stick forks in electrical sockets, or touch the surface of a frying pan when its hot. They feel pain, and they don't like it. The theory is that knowing something bad is going to happen to them would prevent a good portion of them from carrying out crimes for which the punishment is currently too light.
